The Aglaia multicolor LED lamp allows you to add ambient light to basically any area of your home, thanks to the built-in rechargeable battery.
Design
The Aglaia lamp has an overall nice appearance with an egg-shaped design that is made of glass. The LEDs cast a nice glow through the glass, making it ideal for accent lighting in your home.
The lamp features a built-in battery that allows you to use basically anywhere. Â Recharging the lamp is very easy thanks to the charging base. Â You simply set the lamp on the base and a red LED will illuminate to let you know that it is charging, turning green when it is finished. The base connects to a standard USB port for charging, so you could also use a power bank to recharge the lamp to make it even more portable.
Features
The light features 7 different colors:
- White
- Red
- Green
- Blue
- Yellow
- Light Blue
- Purple
Each color can be set between 6 levels of brightness
There are also several animated lighting effects:
- Red pulse
- Green pulse
- Blue pulse
- Gradual fading between all 7 colors
- Cycling between all 7 colors
All lighting effects can be configured with the included remote control. Â The lamp can also be turned on and off by using the touch button on the base.
Unfortunately, the gradual fading effect is not very subtle and the colors seem to “jump” as it moves from one color to the next, so this is likely to catch your attention if you see it out of the corner of your eye.
Run Time
The lamp has a built-in 4000mAh battery that will last up to 16 hours on a single charge. Â Recharging the lamp is simple as you only need to set it on its base. Â The light can also be used while it is charging on its base.
